- Operating the batching area/mixer/pouring- Operating the procurement area- Controlling all the parameters, eg. temperature, density, water ratio etc required for good quality product for the above two areas.- Loading Aluminium oxide into silo using the helpers or shovel operator as and when required.Knowledge & experience:Shall have good knolwede about batching operationShall know to read and write EnglishShall have good knowledge of Raw Materials like silica, sand, lime power, gypsum, aluminium powder etcExperience in Teeyer (China Made) plant is preferred.
