Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the stewarding team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and cleanliness standards are met
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely support in food preparation
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary
Train and develop stewarding staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Handle any stewarding-related issues or complaints effectively and promptly
Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
