Job Description

Accountant:Were looking for a Senior Accountant who would like to support us with building an impact-driven platform for women.Work with influential women leaders from all over the world in creating an EdTech platform for women with the vision of becoming the largest school for women globally.Responsibilities

  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
  • Review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
  • Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
  • Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
