Job Description

Full-time academic position at the level of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Computer ScienceEuro University of Bahrain (?EUB?) invites applications for a permanent, full-time academic position at the level of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant/Associate Professor) in Computer Science. Candidates should be able to deliver excellent teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, have a suitable track record of high-quality research output appropriate to their career level and a commitment to meaningful knowledge exchange activities.˙Duties include:

  • Delivering up to five courses per semester in relevant and specified subject areas.
  • Mentoring and managing students regarding academic matters.
  • Communicating effectively with students, including via office hours and electronic means.
  • Teaching, examining and undertaking administrative duties as required.
  • Providing clear and guided feedback on formative assessments
  • Contributing to the quality assurance of academic programs.
