NATURE OF WORK : FITOUT for Offices , Resturant, Retail and Cinema Projects.THE JOB? Managing design and construction projects from start to finish.? Preparation of projects schedules, Project Plan, negotiate and reach through agreements with Clients & subcontractors? Leading the designers and the project management team to reach the goals? Strict and permanent overview on quality, timeline, and cost control in a proactive way? On-site presence and management upon project demands? On daily basis plan, coordinate, allocate tasks, manage project budget & report the actual status of the site to superiors.? Obtaining all necessary constructions license, and official documentation? Selection and management of sub-contractors? Communication with clients
