  • Responsible for day-to-day supervision, preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times
  • Mentor, guide and advise the senior chefs team and to carry out relevant objective sets
  • Check rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Ensure that staff is efficient, smart and clean at all times
  • Assist Executive Chef in preparation and planning of changes in staffing levels, and recommendations for promotion
