A Support Consultant is required to join a leading SAP and Microsoft partner who provides software implementation, support and technical services, including cloud solutions.The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of support experience, and preferably have a financial background. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure are highly desired skills.The role is based from the Lebanon (Kaslik) office. The standard work day is structured around the core business hours of 10am to 7.30pm. There is future intention to offer support for different time zones in which case shift working will be required.Required Non-Technical SkillsEducation in Finance is preferable, Mathematics/IT is also accepted Proven helpdesk experienceSolid experience in terms of problem solving and performance troubleshooting.Excellent communication skills as the job requires a high degree of verbal and written communicationDocumentation is a priority for this role, so the use of Word and MS Excel are a must.
