A rapidly growing pastry/bakery company in Lebanon is seeking to recruit a head pastry chef for its operation in Beirut. The candidate will be in charge of the day to day operation of the kitchen making sure that product quality and consistency is maintained. He/she will be in charge of controlling food cost and wastage and performing end of month inventories. In addition he/she will have to supervise employees' performance and make sure that their work is done as per preset recipes and standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years experience in a senior pastry chef position Fluent in english and arabic , computer skills are a must , knoweldge and experience in gluten free items is recommended
