Job SummaryDraft plans to create or refinish spaces in private homes or commercial buildings with their clients' tastes in mind. Make room or building aesthetically pleasing and takes into account what is practical and beautiful.DutiesCreate plans for spaces while taking into account interior construction, lighting and furnishings. Meet with the client to discuss the expectations for the project, listen to the wants and needs of the client and make building suggestionsDraft design plans which show placement of walls, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical systems, ventilation, structural accents and possibly furnishings. Focus on designing and building interiors for safety, functionality and aesthetics process from beginning to end. Interact with different clients, additional architects or designers, construction teams and inspectors.Job Requirements:Lady with 2 years of experience / Age 22-30 Understand the structure of a building in order to make it safe and functional.Understand the durability and strength of building materials, Skilled in the use of light, color and textures in a space.Use computer drafting programs.Bachelor degree in interior architecture / in interior design.Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic language skills.Convincing skills
