Job Title: Fleet mechanic Minimum requirements: Should have minimum five years of experience as a mechanic.Should have a driving license.Job Functions and responsibilities: Starts his day by filling fuel to the fleet in our station.Perform maintenance, diagnosis and minor/major repairs on cars, jeeps, trucks in a quality minded way.Perform operation tests to verify malfunctions.Perform daily mechanical inspections on fleet cars and trucks.Perform final test on cars after repairs.Perform emergency roadside repairs.Follow paper flow procedures including documenting correct mileage and hours and accurate repairs done on each vehicle and documenting correct usage of oil stock.Examine vehicles to determine if any additional safety work is necessary.Takes fleet cars to electric technicians or company dealers or mechanic or any other destinations as needed.Estimate time and parts needed for any malfunctions found.Buying and searching for any vehicle parts needed.Keeping the garage organized and clean.Perform any other work ordered by the car fleet office.
