A leading pillar in Hospitality and Tourism industry is looking for a Country Manager to manage its daily operation, monitor employees, increase sales and engage customers.The Candidate will be: -Responsible of monitoring, developing and enhancing existing operations, along with setting the proper business development plans.-Responsible for the business growth.-Responsible for maintaining high quality service and high customer satisfaction and assuring customer retention.Being the point of contact with the company's VIP clients, he must be customer oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Leadership skills along with conflict resolution skills are a must, along with effective supervisory and control skills.Goal and target oriented.English, French and Arabic are required.Minimum 10 years of proven experience - experience in Hotel Industry is a huge advantage.
