Job Title: Satellite Technician IILocation : KuwaitSecurity Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearanceDue to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.Job Responsibilities:Trace Systems is actively recruiting for an experience Satellite Technician II to join our team supporting an US Military contract on-site in Kuwait.? This role requires a minimum of five (5) years of hands on work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of Satellite Communications systems and equipment.? Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the inter-relationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of Satellite Communications.Minimum Qualifications:Position requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with DSCS or Commercial Satellite Terminals as specified to include:? X, C, KA, Ku-band, Tri-band Satellite Terminals? FDMA, TDMA, IP Type Satellite modems? Due to contract requirements, an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance is required.? Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.Desired Qualifications:? Hands on experience with iDirect modems is highly desired.Education:?
