We are looking for PROCESS ELECTRICIAN for KuwaitJob Purpose:To perform corrective, planned preventive and predictive maintenance of KIMMCO plant Equipments. Attend / to correct trouble shooting and/or repair the malfunctioning or breakdown of equipments utilized in the manufacturing process area and to perform new projects electrical jobs in order to ensure to achieve KIMMCO?s ISO9001-2000 Quality Assurance System requirements.Key Accountabilities:1. Perform expansion projects electrical works & modification works according to the schedules and plans.2. Report log book with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action taken with full details, work achieved or in progress and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the equipments.3. Attend malfunctioning or breakdown of instruments in the plant area. 4. Attend equipment malfunctioning or breakdown to ensure - Tel lines, RPL ACC lines, RPL Gamma line, RPL Forming, RPL Old machines, Binder, Batch, Electrical Furnace, Forehearth and Utility at targeted time efficiency in order to achieve KIMMCO?s ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assurance System requirements5. Perform planned & preventive maintenance as per Elec. Engr?s schedule implemented by Electrical Foreman or Relief foreman without delay & 100% without repeat job.6. Perform the routine checking of all running equipment in the factory according to the Electrical Maintenance procedure list in 2 ? hours per shift, if needed. 7. Perform cleaning of DC motor filters in Tel line#1, RPL ACC Line & AC motor air intakes in Tellines, Formings, RPL Old & ACC machines as per the list of motors, if needed8. Perform cleaning, Repairing and overhauling works of AC & DC motors of all departments9. Perform updating & familiarizing drawings according to the modification made. 10. Ensure proper tool using & safekeeping, cleanliness of work areas & equipments.11. Ensure all the time safe working with all necessary safety guidelines.12. Perform repairing & maintenance works of plant & office area lightings.EHS Responsibility: ? Ensures compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS), in line with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, with emphasis on compliance and continuous improvements.Authority:? To halt performing the activity and inform his superiors, in case of any issues related to quality, environment & safetyAccountability:? Accountability for above orientation responsibility
