Job Purpose / Responsibilities?To keep manufacturing lines running to maintain product quality assurance system requirements. A Comply with company EMS policy.Key AccountabilitiesTo check and do necessary repair. maintenance and of fire hose reels and extinguishers inorder to keep firefighting equipment ready for emergency at all times.? Fabricate and install safety barriers or machine guards to wherever necessary for safety ofworkers against dangerous machines? Attend safety orientation and perform work assignment in a safe manner? Perform necessary GEMS daily maintenance and update scoreboardMaintain safe keeping of tools and equipment including area of responsibility in conformance to EHS policy of the company and take part in 5S implementation in the department to achievethe target level.IMS Responsibility:? Ensures compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS). in line with OHSAS18001.ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. with emphasis on compliance and continuous improvements. Authority:To halt performing the activity and inform his superiors. in case of any issues related to quality. environment & safetyAccountability:Accountability for above orientation responsibilityRelevant Education, Knowledge & Experience:Welder fabrication experience essential ITA an added advantageKnowledge if Firefighting equipment's Basic Industrial safety awareness is a must.
