We are looking for Process Mechanic for KuwaitJob Purpose:? The Process Mechanic reports directly to the Mechanical supervisor or fora and shall be responsible in performing the corrective, planned, preventive & predictive maintenance of all process equipment.? Analyzing equipment operating problems, make recommendations, and perform the necessary repair.? To monitor the performance of all equipment to achieve maximum utilization by breakdowns and to ensure compliance to KOZICO's ISO 9001-2000 quality assurance *stem requirements.? Should also perform jobs on apanion and modification.Key Accountability ? Conducts daily routine check of all running equipment and monitor the performance and pro corrective actions in Order to prevent breakdowns and to achieve KOZICO's ISO 9001-2000 quality assurance system requirements.? Attends to malfunctioning equipment or breakdown, trouble shooting and repairs by welding and fabrication, or using lifting equipment to bring back the machine in normal condition.? Perform preventive and planed maintenance as pet the department's maintenance schedule.? To attend and peon Equipment breakdown or Emergency work at any time if needed, even at night & report duty when instructed? Records daily on log book with 100% accuracy all observations, breakdowns and eat= taken, work completed or in progress.? Work as process shift ethnic or change on routine working schedule if needed with instructions from department seniors.? Ensure a safe working surroundings by following all necessary safety guidelines, safe keeping of tools & daily cleanliness of work areas.? Conduct regular checks on fire fighting equipment to ensure they are operational
