Job Title: Satellite Technician ILocation : KuwaitSecurity Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearanceDue to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.Job Responsibilities:Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Satellite Technician I to join our team on-site in Kuwait supporting a cleared US Military project.Duties and responsibilities include the following:? A minimum of three (3) years of hands on work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of Satellite Communications systems and equipment.? Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the inter-relationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of Satellite Communications.Minimum Qualifications:A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with DSCS or Commercial Satellite Terminals as specified to include:? X, C, KA, Ku-band, Tri-band Satellite Terminals? FDMA, TDMA, IP Type Satellite modems? An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance? Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is requiredDesired Qualifications:? Hands on experience with iDirect modems is highly desiredEducation:?
