Projects Manager – Construction & Building ProjectsJob Location : KuwaitKey Responsibilities :•Lead and oversee construction project operations from initiation to completion.•Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.•Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.•Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and client specifications.•Oversee project documentation, contracts, and progress reports.•Manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholder communication effectively.•Implement risk management strategies and resolve project-related issues.•Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with standards.Requirements :•Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and building projects.•Proven success managing end-to-end project lifecycles (initiation → handover).•Prior Gulf region experience is mandatory.•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.•PMP certification preferred.•Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.•Excellent knowledge of construction management practices and regulations.Benefits :•Competitive compensation based on experience.•Opportunity to work on high-value, landmark projects in Kuwait.•Supportive environment with potential for leadership growth.
