The Retail Salesman is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing automotive spare parts. This role involves advising customers on available products, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience, thereby contributing to the overall sales growth of the branch.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction and Sales:Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their needs.Advise customers on available brands, pricing, and product features to help them make informed decisions.Provide accurate information on required parts and recommend suitable substitutes or modifications when necessary.Product Knowledge and Inventory Management:Read catalogues or computer displays to determine stock availability, part numbers, and pricing.Check inventory at other branches or place orders for out-of-stock items to meet customer needs.Maintain an updated knowledge of automotive spare parts, including compatibility and applications.Order Processing and Documentation:Prepare sales slips and obtain credit authorizations when required.Examine and process returns for defective parts, issuing exchanges or refunds as appropriate.Ensure all transactions are documented accurately and in compliance with Company policies.Customer Service and Issue Resolution:Address customer complaints or inquiries professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.Offer courteous and fair service while working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Team Collaboration and Compliance:Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.Comply with company policies, including safety and operational guidelines, and adjust priorities as needed to meet business demands.SkillsKey Qualifications:Education: Diploma or Graduate degree preferred.Experience:2-3 years of experience as a Retail Salesman, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.Language Skills:Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) is essential.Technical Skills:Proficiency with computer systems and electronic equipment.Basic accounting knowledge is required.Soft Skills:Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Time management and problem-solving abilities.Sales-driven, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.Additional Requirements:Age: Preferably 25-35 years
