We are looking for OTS InstructorKnowledge, Experience, Skills? Minimum 5 years of experience in refinery operations positions.? Minimum 3 years in OTS training positions.? Experience in developing complete OTS Training Programs including custom training scenarios and supporting documentation.? Experience with UniSim and/or Aspen is preferred.? Good command of English language both written and verbal. Arabic speaking would be an asset.? Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity are required and there is a need to be able to adapt to rapid changes in pace and scope as operational and project activities dictate.? Previous experience of working in the UAE/Middle East/Africa/Asia is preferred as is experience of working in a multi-discipline, multi-national team.
