ManagerJob Description- Taking order, computing bills, and processing order tickets with cash register. Assisting guest in making selections from our menu. Suggestively selling items to guests, organizing work to meet the needs of peak production periods. Using math to figure costs and make change, Verifying the amount of cash and credit received- Ensure customer delight and engagement, organize operation, clean and hygienic work environment, and minimizing wastage- Check Cash registry as per need- This includes greeting each guest with a positive welcoming statement and being able to explain THE SWEDISH EATERY complete menu. Your essential responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following- Conduct the needed Store Evaluation, Walk through and meetings- Lead subordinates successfully into productive working methods by setting an example and provide a two-way line of communication for Staff- Compiling, analyzing and reporting sales figures and all business-related data for continued business excellence and progress- Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the Company?s fiscal and operational guidelines- Ensure all safety and security systems and procedures are followed to ensure health and safety of employees and customers- Ensure monthly safety meetings are conducted and recommendations are acted upon as appropriate- Purchase food products within established guidelines.
