Understands individual client needs, develops design concepts and proposes furniture brands in consultation with client.? Obtains and assembles all necessary design details, space and site requirements to complete architectural designs.? Reads, prepares and submits tender and contract documents as required.? Develops detailed draughts in line with agreed upon concept and pre-set standards.? Operates computer-aided drafting (CAD) 2D and 3D to produce input working drawings in line with set project requirements and Al Dhow standards.? Prepares presentations to allow client to visualize the project using PowerPoint software.? Prepares estimates (B.O.Q.) material requirements for the project including detailed specification of furniture, fixture and accessories.? Produces sample or mood boards for presentation to client.? Visits job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
