Duties and Responsibilities:- Receive and handle customer orders via phone.- Enter customer information into the system.- Perform online payment tasks.- Receive, handle, track, and close customer inquiries.- Receive customer complaints and feedback via various channels, handle them, and escalate to the Customer Centric Agent.Social Media Applications Handling:- Instagram: Retailing, complaints, inquiries, medical consultancy, receiving orders via DM.- WhatsApp: Retailing, complaints, inquiries, medical consultancy, receiving orders via DM, updating daily status/offers.- Handling orders from Website, TawSeel, and Talabat.- Insurance Handling: Receive claims, proceed with approvals, forward to pharmacists.- Perform medical consultancy and reply to all customer inquiries.Qualifications and Experience:- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or any equal qualification.- Experience: Fresh graduate is preferred.- Languages: Arabic and English.
