Al Mulla Office Automation Solutions (OAS) is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for Enterprise Software solutions and adjacent digital transformation platforms.What youll do:• Lead sales of ECM, DMS, workflow, BPM, and automation solutions• Build, qualify, and close a strong pipeline across enterprise and government accounts• Own complex opportunities with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision making• Deliver forecasts, targets, and revenue growth with disciplined reporting and CRM hygiene• Manage and position the relevant product portfolio with strong solution fitmentWhat were looking for:• Proven track record in selling ECM and digital transformation software• Strong experience engaging enterprise and government customers• Clear understanding of compliance, governance, security, and process automation• Confidence presenting to CIOs, IT Directors, and senior business leadersExperience:• Minimum 5 years in enterprise software / solutions sales• Preferred 7–10 years in ECM, DMS, BPM, workflow, or digital transformation platforms
