We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant in Pediatrics and Neonatology to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide expert care to newborns, infants, and children, including management of high-risk neonates in the NICU.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive pediatric and neonatal care, including emergency and intensive care.Attend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation when required.Monitor and manage critical patients in the NICU and PICU.Supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.Collaborate with other departments for multidisciplinary care.Key Requirements:Candidates must currently be residents in Kuwait.Candidates should possess a valid Kuwaiti medical license.Candidates must hold a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or be in the process of obtaining one.Strong clinical judgment with hands-on NICU experience.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
