We are looking for Commissioning Mechanical Engineer ? Upstream Oil & Gas Plants for Kuwait.RESPONSIBLE FOR:Project Description: Alghanim International, Kuwait is looking for competent and well experienced Commissioning Mechanical Engineer for one of its projects awarded by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). This project is currently under execution and it will be commissioned in March 2020. It is an upstream oil, gas and water separation project with main focus on water separation, water treatment and pumping through RTRP network. Alghanim International is executing the project on 4 out of the 10 Gathering Centers located in Burgan Oilfield of South Kuwait. Treated effluent water will be pumped to an existing facility of KOC for disposal/injection of effluent water produced from Gathering Centers.Specific Experience:Must have worked on Oil & Gas Plants and acquired related experience of pre-commissioning, commissioning and operations & maintenance in the following areas:?Production headers and manifolds for collecting reservoir fluid.?Inlet separators for separating gas from liquid and water from oil.?Gas scrubbers for removing carried over liquid.?Induced gas flotation units for treatment of produced water.?Centrifugal pumps.?Chemical injection packages.?Instrument air compressor packages.?Diesel generators.?Pipelines having pig launchers & receivers.?Distributed Control System (DCS).?Fire and Gas (F&G) system.?Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system.Responsibilities:?Verifying completion of works related to pre-commissioning and commissioning.?Leading the role in preparation and execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning.?Making improvements to and offering advice about operational procedures.?Creating and carrying out test procedures.?Developing pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.?Liaising with Vendors? representatives.?Ensuring that all materials, chemicals, lubricants, spare parts and safety devices & equipment are in place prior to pre-commissioning and commissioning.
