Our Client, specializes in various Bakery dishes ranging from various breads to the fun concept of Breads, Tarts, Japanese cheesecakes and other eclectic desserts.Responsible to create high quality bakery dishes, innovate with existing recipes and presentations in order to maintain standards and consistency of product. Also assist in production and maintenance of par stocks of pastry and dessert with proper rotation of products and maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the pastry and bakery section.? Manage all day ? to - day operations in the kitchen ? Master Baker - Create new and exciting types of bread with knowledge in dough mixing, proofing, shaping and baking? The candidate Should be able to prepare & create Bread w/fillings, Tarts w/fillings, Asian style bread, Japanese cheesecake from scratch? Supervise, train and coordinate all bakery and desserts using different types of fillings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting? Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately? Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards? Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively
