Essential Duties and Key accountabilities:Perform essential duties as listed below with the highest standards:

Helps Head of IA&GRC in shaping GRC strategic priorities, by following the risk-based approach, with roadmap & action item to implement in the organization.
Develop a GRC framework model meeting the legal/regulatory obligations, compliance to standards, best practices and company necessities covering the following areas:
- Governance ? Corporate & IT.
- Organization-wide risk management.
- Comprehensive compliance program.
Align GRC model to the business objectives & company strategy, leading to the following expected results:
- Achieve business objectives
- Improve organizational culture
- Increase stakeholder confidence
- Protect the organization
- Prevent, detect & reduce adverse situations
- Motivate & inspire good conduct
- Improve responsiveness & efficiency
- Optimize organizations economic & social value
Ensure delivery of GRC framework model within the budget and time limits/targets defined.
Define GRC policies and procedures to effectively meet the objectives of department.
Ensure that GRC framework is implemented efficiently & effectively in the organization.
Design, administer and analyze GRC information with an emphasis on continuous improvements & enhance GRC effectiveness, with monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure that GRC activities are aligned with?Internal Audit?function.
Build GRC training & capacity development plans.
Ensure GRC processes are automated by implementing new technologies & GRC tools prepare department budgets, identify technology & tools.
