SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Maintain service workshop facilities and equipment, make recommendations as required. Assist immediate superior for service workshop efficient operations and speedy delivery. Co-ordination of smooth running of the service workshop with service staff. Get involved in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites. Delegate and work along with the service technicians. Where applicable, make failure analysis reports of the Mechanical seals received in the workshop. Support Application Engineering for finalizing RCA of mechanical seal failures. As added responsibility, to handle few customers for business development/sales activities. Be a key member of inventory management. Proactively work on EagleBurgmann ERP systems, like SealCarePro, SAP ByD, etc. Prepare Initial and Final Inspection Reports, be involved in costing methods of the repair job wherever necessary.
