Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle procurement activities for industrial materials, equipment, spare parts, and engineering supplies.Identify, evaluate, and source reliable suppliers.Prepare and issue RFQs and purchase orders.Compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices and delivery terms.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Follow up on purchase orders and maintain procurement records.Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and technical requirements.Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.Desired Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a Junior Procurement Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 0?2 years of total professional experience.Candidates must have practical, hands-on procurement experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.The ideal candidate should have knowledge of RFQs, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, supplier evaluation, and price negotiation.Good communication, coordination, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a good command of English, are required.Preferred nationalities: Nepalese, Bangladeshi, and Sri Lankan.Candidates must be willing to work in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, six days per week.
