Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Contract Advisor with the following details :Location : Jubail, Saudi ArabiaDuration : 12 monthsWork Status : Residential, SingleCandidate must be already in Saudi with transferable IQAMARole :Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.Provide expert legal and commercial advice on contractual risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders across various departments.Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation through execution, amendment, and termination.Develop and implement contract management best practices and standardized templates to improve efficiency and consistency.Claims Management / DisputeDesired Candidate ProfileDegree: BachelorExperience and Specific Skills (technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required)10 years of relevant experience in the same position.Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical preferable in Middle East Oil & Gas industry.Candidate must be already in Saudi with transferable IQAMA
