?ÿDevelopment and implementation of the Quality standards, managements systems and policy & procedures;?ÿMaintain the Quality Management System to ensure the continuous improvement business model is achieved, including the development of supporting Standards and Procedures and maintenance of all related documentation;?ÿReport to top management on the performance of the Quality management system and areas for improvement;?ÿPromote and create awareness for compliance of customer Quality requirements, regulatory andindustry requirements, and internal company guidelines throughout the organization;?ÿManage Quality objectives, targets, aspects and programs locally, participate in global quality projects as required;?ÿEnsure the effectiveness of the Quality management system;?ÿUpdate/control/maintain Quality related documents and records;?ÿAnnually review the Quality Management System through a standardized corporate internal audit process;?ÿSchedule and manage all audits, coordinate with all Departments and HQ as required (i.e. ISO 9001 etc.). Analyze and interpret audit results and introduce and control resulting actions required.?ÿConduct Quality related orientations and trainings to all level employees;?ÿStrive to instill and continually improve Quality assurance mindset within the company culture;?ÿFill out Quality related questionnaires and provide support documentation for proposals and RFP?s.?ÿFill out HSE related questionnaires and provide support documentation for proposals and RFP?s.
