Job Description

Role SummaryAs a Sr. Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of the sales function performance in order to implement a reporting and monitoring system and provide in depth analytical insights, assessments, and recommendations to aid the decision making process and assess and improve performance. Whats on Your PlatePerformance Reporting and Analysis

  • Responsible for optimizing our Sales performance reportingstructure and processes.
  • Optimize our KPI dashboard with continuous flow of data.
  • Synthe performance trendsand business performance
  • Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner.
Analytical support for various forums
  • Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendationsfor ad hoc requests.
  • Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modelling
  • Develop joint business plans to support the sales team
  • Deliver unbiased insights to improve Salesperformance.
Building a performance focused culture
  • Work with Sales teams (Sales Acquisition, Account Management and Sales Support) to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set with continuous monitoring.
  • Making sure that a focus onoutcomes and performance are integrated intoeverything we do.
Propose product enhancements to improve experience
  • Uncover insights and opportunitiesand translate them into product enhancements to improve Sales Performance.

  • Can build on previous experiences in the same or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and can demonstrate a working knowledge of the different types of Analytics: Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator at all levels uses data and well structuredarguments to present a point or position.
  • You are execution focused and have a proven record of success in complex environments.
  • Results-driven, high-performing, high-quality work attitude.
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker and an advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
