Job Description

  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Work closely with the customer to provide the best solution.
  • Design network structure and preparing BOQs.
  • Installing configuring and maintaining network devices such as (Switch, Router, Firewall ... etc)
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist customer to solve their problem.
  • Interact with the vendors help desk and other local teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical solution.
  • Review application and network logs.
  • install and configure required software such as end point protection, OS, and other production software.
  • Work with the sales team to provide the best solution to the customer.
