Job Description

Accountable for:Provide exceptional quality service to new and existing Elite Banking clientsrelationships in the region by providing them with the full suite of financial servicesproducts & servicesMaximize profitability by continuous sales calls to existing clients and new clients.Also obtain new referrals .Developing an action plan (daily, weekly, and monthly) to acquire new clientrelationships as well as broadening existing client relationships.Achieving sales targets in line with best practice standards of services and acting asa ?Trusted Advisor? to the Elite clients.Adhering to Elite Banking service quality standards.Complying with Elite Banking policies and guidelines.Have all clients? files updated and ensure that all documents related to client areavailable in order to comply to KYC and AML Regulations.Key Roles:Provide financial services solutions to the Elite client base.Identify and acquire new Elite clients to achieve ?New To Bank? targets as well asachieving cross sell targets.Providing the highest level of customer service to clients (proactive calls and visits) inorder to have clients ownership.Providing the highest level of services to the Regional Elite Clients according to ourElite Regional Recognition standards.Review existing client relationships to ensure a greater share of wallet and highercross sell ratios.Provide suitable banking solutions based on client needs.Monitor own portfolio (quarterly reviews and portfolio management)Acquire client feedback for any suggestions and bring up to date ideas for newproducts and services.Escalate customer suggestions/concerns to the District / Center Manager.Retain Client ownership (strong knowledge of client account, transactions and allissues related to client)Key Performance Indicators:Cross-sell ratio (number of products sold per customer)Percentage of fee based businessAverage fee based business by customerOperating revenue and net income per customerPercentage of new customers acquired or lost in periodPercentage of inactive / zero balance accountsAverage customer satisfactionNumber / type of complaints, compliments , error rates, .. etc.Number / type of compliance issues
