Plan, manage, implement and monitor overall supply chain and procurement strategies
Responsible for obtaining competitive rates from local and overseas agents
Keeping vendor list up-to date with full contact details and ensure their stock meets demands
Study and evaluate measurements, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain
Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies of the company
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse team for delivery timetable
Build and maintain good relationships with existing vendors and find new ones
Work with supply chain team and buyers to source the right products
Keeping updated and being aware of the current situations of supply chain market
Identify and manage the risks within processes and find solutions for controlling them
Maintain records for all the operations within supply chain and give feedback to the senior management on regular basis
Use software to run the operations of inventory control
Performs other related duties as assigned by the company
