Operations Coordinator - Erbil, IraqPosition PurposeResponsible for the effective day to day planning & coordination of Move One shipmentsResponsibilities / Duties /Functions TasksDaily planning and scheduling of all assigned pickup & deliveries Expediting clearance and documentation procedures for Move One shipments Prepare, translate and follow-up on all MOD, PMNOC and other movement approvals with local authorities. Processing and expediting Ministry of Defense documentation for incoming and outgoing shipment. Organize pickup & delivery of assigned shipments though effective communication with shipper & consignee Daily review of active job details and related quote in order to identify opportunities for extra revenue and additional pass through costs thereby increase overall profitability Stay up to date on the rules and regulations with regards to import documentation, in-gating and transit permissions required for deliveries Continuously communicate with Move One shipment Managers and Move One offices in order to relay and provide necessary information / documentation for every shipmentSkillsMinimum 4 years Logistics Operations Experience in Iraq Strong English skills (written and verbal) are essential. Arabic is highly welcomed Work well under pressure and able to work long hours if required Strong customer service skills Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
