Your Role:?Reporting to the GM, this role would be responsible for planning and implementing strategies of sales, short and long-term product development programs, and also develop route-to-market strategies. Oversee the daily operations of sales and ensure that processes are implemented as designed. Lead sales growth strategies and manage execution excellence in order to achieve target growth. Manage the team activities and evaluate their performance. Direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Sales and Marketing activity in order to fulfill while delivering quality and cost-effective services. You would carry the P&L responsibility for the channel.
