She/he will report directly to the Business Development Expert and be responsible for the development, management and executing of third parties strategies to augment existing telecom related business activities and support sales team on execute new products with customers.Key ResponsibilitiesMap business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, consolidation and/or automation through process re-engineering.Serve as a main point of contact for service desk processes, escalations, staffing, training and reporting.Ensure SLA and customer satisfaction standards are met and provide follow-up in cases where deviations occur.Grow, coach and build a team including hiring, performance management, ongoing training and professional development.Development of third party strategies to augment/support existing telecom related business activities driving cost optimization and efficiency.Develops sustainable governance and operational processes in support of contractor, vendor and customer management.Influence customer direction and services into alignment with business needs.Support project managers in analyzing and documenting changes to scope, schedule, costs, known risks, decision logs and other project documentation.Identify automation opportunities to streamline expense management and exceptions.Defining the vendor roadmap to support business goals, drive value through the vendor ecosystem and minimize exposure to potential risks.Manage corporate nationwide telecommunications environment and work with service providers by organizing, analyzing, and determining operational requirements.Collaborating with the vendors to implement or improve business processes and participate in the quarterly performance review meetings to provide feedback and suggestions for service improvement with each customer.Lead, perform and where possible automate, complex research and data gathering analysis, develop and manage project plans and perform financial analysis.Provide technical and analytical support for medium to large accounts.CompetenciesStrong data entry skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience developing marketing plans and managing vendors.Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.Strong financial and business acumen.Ability to interact with internal and external shareholders.Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.Ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.LanguageArabic (required)Kurdish (required)* English (required)
