Job Purpose:Working knowledge of the management and integration of information, sourced product/material, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material-handling, and packaging, and occasionally security, between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customer requirements. Selection of a transportation mode and service provider in order to meet due dates, cost and service objectives. Analyzing and selecting an appropriate transportation mode(s) in order to meet cost and service objectivesDuties and responsibilities:Managing and leading the clients need for any logistics services internationally or domestically.? Leading the quotation of the Freight Forwarding as well as Domestic tenders received.? Receive and answer customers inquire and quotations.? Support both International and Domestic team to get the best rates from agents and service providers.? Analyze all reports for services provided to clients and seek improvement for better quality and more profitable.? Update continuously our information system.? Handle all customers feedback and share with team.? Responsible for achieving KPI?s and targets.? Keeping good relationship with current clients and try to develop relation with new clients.? Developing growth strategies and plans? Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients? Having an in-depth knowledge of business services and value proposition? Writing business proposals? Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs? Researching business opportunities and viable income streams? Following industry trends locally and internationally? Drafting and reviewing contracts? Reporting on successes and areas needing improvementsDesigned and Implemented:
