Job Description

We are looking for an active and highly experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to be based in Erbil, Kurdistan region of Iraq, with proven experience in efficiently operating and managing successful bars/restaurants, preferably in the middle east.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as managing drinks supplies/menus contracts, taking inventory and reordering, managing budgets, and setting goals.
  • Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
  • Creating effective schedules to ensure that is well staffed during peak hours.
  • Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
  • Planning and taking part in promotional events.
  • Creating operating procedures for all operational activities.
  • Being responsible for all staff.
  • Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons creating an excellent relationship with all customers.
