Job Title: Technical Office EngineerJob Summary:The Technical Office Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the technical operations of our Sales. This position involves preparing and managing technical documentation, coordinating with Sales managers and engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation and drawings.
  • Coordinate with Sales managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor deals progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of deals proposals and bids.
  • Analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain delas files and records in an organized manner.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  • Review and study deals specifications, preparing technical offers accordingly.
  • Prepare and review technical data, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop deals plans and schedules.
  • Monitor deals progress and identify potential issues or delays, proactively taking corrective actions to keep deals on track.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and improve work efficiency.
  • Participate in performance meetings and communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to sales heads.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with generators.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
