You will collaborate closely with our Salesforce administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that maximize user engagement and productivity.Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for Salesforce applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into frontend solutions
• Customize and extend Salesforce Lightning components to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with the Salesforce platform
• Implement Salesforce best practices for frontend development, including data validation, error handling, and security considerations
• Optimize frontend code and user interfaces for performance and scalability within the Salesforce ecosystem as well as develop backend code using apex to serve these functionalities
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of frontend components to ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce frontend technologies, such as Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Salesforce DX, to suggest improvements and innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and business stakeholders, to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, adhere to Salesforce development best practices, and ensure compliance with company standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members when needed
• Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates and releases, evaluating their impact on frontend development practices and making necessary adjustments

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Frontend Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating Frontend development expertise
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is a plus
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Angular, and their ideally integration with Salesforce
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and experience with Java
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX for source control and deployment is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are a plus
