Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Specialist at Ulemt located in New Cairo. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing service related to IT needs.Qualifications

  • Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
  • Experience in Information Technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
  • Experience with IT systems and software
  • Experience with PBX is advantage
  • Experience with monitoring software like PRTG is good to have
  • Knowledge in Windows 2016+ Server OS and Active Directory
  • Basic Knowledge in Networking - DHCP, DNS
  • Knowledge in Linux - CentOS and/or Ubuntu is advantage
  • Scripting - Python/bash is advantage
