Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis:oDevelop and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.oProvide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making, focusing on profitability, cost control, and financial efficiency.oPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key financial metrics and variances.Commercial Finance:oCollaborate with the commercial team to develop pricing strategies and assess the financial impact of commercial decisions.oEvaluate and monitor the financial performance of trading activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.oLead initiatives to optimize working capital and manage cash flow, including managing credit terms and payment cycles, to ensure operational liquidity.Supply Chain Finance:oOversee supply chain finance activities, including inventory management, supplier payments, and cost control.oWork closely with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize the financial aspects of the supply chain, ensuring cost-effective operations.oAnalyze and mitigate financial risks associated with supply chain activities.Cost Accounting:oManage cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to products and services.oMonitor and analyze cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.oSupport the development of cost-saving initiatives and monitor their financial impact.Financial Compliance & Risk Management:oEnsure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.oIdentify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exposure, credit risk, and market fluctuations.oLiaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.Team Leadership:oLead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
