Job Description

The Field Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing technical maintenance and repair operations within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This position involves managing a team of technicians and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills, enabling them to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction. The Field Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the maintenance and repair team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  2. Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to clients.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess progress and compliance with project specifications.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports on equipment performance and repair history.
  6. Manage inventory and procurement of necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks.
  7. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  8. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
  10. Prepare and present performance reports to upper management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
