Job Overview:The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to executives bymanaging schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. This role requiresexcellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operationswithin the executive office.Key Responsibilities:? Manage executives? calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travelarrangements.? Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phonecalls, ensuring timely responses.?
