Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine/ sophisticated preventative maintenance work and/ or corrective activities for system components that comprise the Honeywell TPS, Experion, Fail Safe Controller (FSC) and Safety Manager (SM) systems
  • Ability to run sophisticated troubleshooting issues under pressure situation on site on Experion, TPS & FSC/SM systems.
  • Leads and Coordinates between customer, local LSS team and Technical Assistance Center team to resolve the issues in time, & drive customer happiness.
  • Ability to influence Internal/External stakeholders. A clear effective communicator who can convert customer problems into actionable items & drive it to closure.
  • Work with KSA services team to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Direct a team and/or Perform works relating to LSS projects delivery and services at assigned customer locations
  • Recognises the need for and can institute systems and policies practices procedures including standing meetings where needed to ensure safe and effective delivery of LSS obligations. These practices should span both Honeywell and Clients to ensure full integration.
  • Responsible for all activities pertaining to the requesting, accepting and closing of permits to work (inclusive of performing risk assessment and site impact analysis, peer reviews ensuring the vital approvals and controls are in place before work proceeds and that the implementers are aware of the limits and restrictions of permits)
  • Raise the vital Service Requests (SR) with the relevant Honeywell Technical Assistance Centre and follow issue through to resolution
  • Escalate any SR issues considered to have either a serious impact or political impact to the Field Service Manager
  • Maintains pro-active business relationship with customer in supporting the Honeywell install base will be assigned as site custodian and owns the relationship with delivery of technical solutions and adherence to mandated contractual obligations.
  • Seeks Growth Opportunities and promotes value added services and solutions to customers, required to foster campaigns and initiatives within the client base
  • Required at times to validate solutions offered during the proposals phase of an upgrade proposal or a services SPOT offering
  • Will be required on roster basis to provide On Call support for site issues, resolution to be provided within resolution time in contract
  • Support site start-up and commissioning activities working closely with operations
  • Improve support services as per contract scope
  • Adhere to all Honeywell GSM processes, Honeywell business code of conduct
  • Build adherence Honeywell/Customer safety procedures & matrix activities as per assigned AOP.
  • Is a steward of own career and will actively master one new technology per annum as a minimum
  • Mentoring is a key component of the role
