Job Description

Front Desk Management:

Guiding VIP Guests:
  • Provide personalized attention to VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Offer tours of the office and available properties, highlighting key features and amenities.
  • Engage VIP guests in discussions about potential investment opportunities tailored to their interests.
Administrative Support:
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry related to property listings and client records.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars for agents, coordinating showings and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, brochures, and promotional materials.
