Collections AgentJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesDuties & Responsibilities:•Contacting clients who have Outstanding debts or payments.•Sending payment reminders, invoices, or statements to clients.•Negotiating payment plans or settlements with customers who are in arrears.•Recording payment information accurately and coordination with Accounts Team on a regular basis•Resolving payment discrepancies and addressing customer queries, complaints related to billing and collections.•Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.•Plan course of action, Investigate and resolve discrepancies•Alert superiors of client’s unwillingly or unable to payKey Skills and Qualifications:•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.•Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.•Knowledge of basic accounting principles and collection procedures.•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.•Customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations.•Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.•Proven experience in Collections Banking sector is preferred.Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
