Job Description

HR Administration ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, UAEResponsibilities :•Oversee the human resource database.•Manage personal files (soft and hard copies).•Handle leave processes (annual, business, sick, emergency, etc.).•Manage insurance transactions and reimbursements.•Ensure that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.•Enter new hire information in the HR system database.•Track and resolve system issues as scheduled.•Maintain HR files and records in accordance with legal and company policies.•Complete miscellaneous attendance reports, leave reports, and memos as requested.•Maintain attendance records in proper order.•Ensure payroll functions are performed in line with policies and procedures.•Establish and maintain professional relations with applicants, employees, and managers.•Assist with questions and problems courteously and promptly.Qualifications & Experience :•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.•Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Executive.•Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.•Familiarity with HRMS or any cloud-based system.•Good knowledge of labor legislation (employment contracts, leaves, insurance).Skills :•Excellent written and oral communication skills.•Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.•Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.•Initiative, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.•Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.•Capable of working independently and as part of a team.•Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated.

Keyskills :
Familiarity with HRMS or any cloud-based system
